One hour private lesson tailored directly to the individual.

The lesson usually consists of breathing exercises, posture exercises and guided meditation. After a free consultation, the lesson can be tailored to meet the needs of the client.

Small group yoga class

Designed for 2-3 individuals. Suitable for people who are new to yoga and want a more individual approach or, conversely, public lessons are not enough for them and would like to learn something more. After a free consultation, a lesson can be created

directly to measure.

Yoga therapy with sound-healing

Individual or for couples. One hour lesson consisting of breathing exercises and healing with tuning forks and crystal bowls. A deeply relaxing and healing therapy where the chakras are harmonized. Suitable for individuals with long-term stress or chronic diseases.

Essential fragrance

Custom essence production with affirmation. Roll-on perfume from 100% natural essential oils. Essential oils are a source of vital energy and help us to heal the emotional body, and with personal and spiritual growth.
