During these ten days, you will have the opportunity to decompress, regenerate and stop, allowing you to dive deeper into yourself. The accommodation is located directly on the beach with a view of the Arabian Sea, which will serve us to connect with the element of water. The cabins are built from local wood, have their own washroom with western-style toilet, fan, electrical outlet, towels and comfortable mattresses. The price also includes a vegetarian Indian meal made from local organic ingredients.

You can also look forward to a rich program, which is compiled in such a way that at the same time you have enough free time for walks on the beach, swimming, being, flowing, reading, debating and more.

We will start the day with morning yoga, which will consist of various breathing exercises (Pranayama), postures (Asan) and meditation (Dhyana). After breakfast, you will have a personal space and in the afternoon we will meet for another program, which will consist of, for example, Osho meditation, a lecture on chakras, learning traditional Indian mantras, ecstatic dance or another yoga lesson. After dinner, there will again be free space or music therapy or Yoga Nidra, which will set you up for peaceful sleep and conscious dreaming.

This yoga retreat is created for all yoga lovers; both for beginners and for those who have never tried yoga or for advanced individuals who want to push themselves beyond their limits, but don't have the time and energy for it in their everyday life. It is an opportunity to delve deeper into your soul, find a new direction in life or meet like-minded people. We will exercise, dance, rejoice together, all supported by the warm arms of Mother India. Namaste.

Who will guard


Alzbeta is a Czech - American yogini and founder of Ananta Yoga Tantra. She began her yoga journey in her early 20' when she felt a deep calling to her spiritual path. Shortly after that she started to travel and fulfilled her dreams. It was in 2009 when she was seriously devoted to yoga and in 2011 started to share her passion. She has studied with different teachers and various yoga styles all over the world. Her daily Sadhana includes Asanas, Pranayama, Mantras, and meditation which allows her to grow each day. Her mission is to share her knowledge and experience to improve people's lives.

  • Yoga classes of different styles are designed to balance the Yin and Yang energies in our body
  • Chakra workshop - a lesson on the topic of our energy body, what a chakra is and what role it plays not only in our yoga practice, but also in our life. Why pay attention to the chakras and how their harmonization can affect our lives.
  • Sound healing - Sound can transform vibration frequencies from low energy like guilt or fear to higher vibrations of love and joy. This is why specific songs and types of music often evoke specific types of emotions in us. This is also the essence of sound healing, an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
  • Osho meditation - Osho Meditation is suitable for beginners, you do not need any experience with meditation. Part of meditation is active movement, it activates our inner energy and releases tension. It's a simple way to get into the present.   • Ecstatic dance - a free dance celebration to spiritually uplifting music. Here you can explore the natural movements of your body, relax and play.
