Mindfulness and Meditation Coach

On my life's journey, I learned to listen to myself and live more in the present, which led me to realize that we largely create our own sense of contentment. The difference, however, lies in whether we do so consciously or unconsciously. If we are able to focus our attention on the present moment and become an inner observer this will also allow us to notice our actions and reactions; what programs our mind uses and how our emotional body reacts to it. In this state, there is a relaxation, a feeling of liberation and a connection to the inner power that gives us the opportunity to change our current settings and break free from unwanted feelings.

What is mindfulness: a mental state achieved by focusing awareness on the present moment, in which there is recognition and acceptance of one's feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations.

What meditation is: a state of mind that allows us to step out of our momentary settings and realize that we are part of something greater than our personal identity.

By directing our attention back to our center, it compensates for this imbalance and gives us the space to freely decide where to consciously direct our energy.

To make coaching successful and properly integrated into life, it requires regular weekly meetings for 6-7 weeks. Meetings can be arranged in person or virtually.
